RI teachers don't know how to teach, unfortunately. According to a real life experience from a friend's mother, only referring herself as "Mrs Koh", she said that her friend's child was from the Raffles family and enrolled in Raffles after getting a high score. That child was in her primary school's Math Olympiad program and learnt many things before her peers. When she entered Raffles, she realized that the teachers all taught her wrongly as what the teachers taught were also taught previously by her Math Olympiad teacher(s). So she was really fed up with Raffles. Her mom, on hearing it, immediately hired a private tutor to help her "self-learn". I really advise against going to RI/RGS. Either go NYGH/HCI. From a friend's experience, RI has several not very straight people, who do several "bad" things. It's true. My brother's friend/my friend told me that...
CONSIDER if you go to RI. Or RGS. Go to HCI, the place of many wonders!
