Thanks for the "ultra-enthu" responses! Now we have established a new Mperor/Mperess nominating rules.

1. One person can only nominate two people.


2. Only 2 Noms per person.

Unhappy? That's not the end! At least everybody can vote once voting starts (21 May - 11 July). But remember, at most 3 votes for different nominated people per person. Anonymous votes are voided. Protests will be considered.
